 MyOnlineBill.com, Inc. was incorporated in 2005 as a subsidiary of American Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), incorporated in 1970. During the early years of business, ACS functioned as a “service bureau”, offering computer services to various businesses throughout Southern California. Those businesses included; UPS (routing statistics), Conroy’s Flowers (general ledger), McDonalds Restaurants (payroll), California State University Long Beach (foundation reporting), Abbott Laboratories (instrument tracking), as well as other companies and organizations. The computer services offered included processing payrolls, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and many other custom systems. For the past 15 years, ACS has focused on the waste industry and municipalities, providing outsourcing services.
MyOnlineBill.com was launched to better serve the needs of ACS customers as well as provide state-of-the-art Electronic Payment Technology to companies and municipalities who do not use ACS services. MyOnlineBill Services include: Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment, Custom/Integrated eCommerce, Web-based Point-of-Sale, Web-based Customer Support, and Web-based Transaction Management.
